Yes, students may need a parent or guarantor co-signer. The guarantor form is available through the same application portal.

Yes, joint leases are available for select units. Contact our office for details.

We offer 12-month leases only. Subletting is allowed with management approval.

Apartment Features

Furnished apartments are available as an added service. Prices vary by package.

Utilities are NOT included. Residents are responsible for water, trash, sewer, and electricity (a monthly electricity allowance is included).

Yes — community-wide high-speed Wi-Fi is included for all residents.

Yes, every apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer.

No. Cedre Residences has a strict no-pets policy.

Yes, enclosed parking is available, plus multiple bicycle storage areas.

Safety & Maintenance

24/7 monitored security cameras, a Butterfly-Mx intercom system, and a backup generator. An on-demand 24/7 site engineer handles urgent issues.

Student Life

We are within walking distance of Northwestern University’s Evanston campus.

Yes. While we cater to students and hospital staff, anyone is welcome to apply.

Payments & Policies

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a 5-day grace period.

Yes, late fees apply after the 5-day grace period, as outlined in the lease.
